Omar Hussain

Omar has over 20 years of experience building and leading successful, global high-tech companies. Prior to joining Imprivata, Omar was the founder and CEO of Anchorsilk, an innovative sell-side e-commerce software company. Before that, Omar was general manager of Compuware Corporation's (CPWR) NuMega Labs, where he was responsible for the successful integration of Numega’s Windows business into Compuware, building it into the fastest growing business unit within Compuware with over 200 employees. Prior to NuMega, Omar was part of the management team at Open Environment Corporation, where as VP marketing and head of business development, he played a key role in the company's growth from a start-up to a public company and eventually in its strategic acquisition by Borland.
