ViTrue Bolsters Revenue-Production Capabilities

Media, Online Marketing and Sales Experts Bring Strong Industry Pedigrees to User-Generated Advertising Pioneer

Atlanta, GA – November 1, 2006

On the heels of its round of strategic funding from Comcast Interactive Capital and Turner Broadcasting, ViTrue, Inc., pioneer of the world's first user-created advertising platform, today announced the appointment of three new executives tasked with expanding ViTrue’s relationships with a growing universe of customers that include major brands, media companies, publishers, and agencies.  The three will report to Bill Jennings, Chief Revenue Officer.

With more than 25 years in senior-level entertainment industry positions, Steve Chamberlain joins ViTrue as Vice President of Brand Development, where he will be responsible for helping to strengthen the connection between brand owners and their most loyal customers by producing creative call-to-actions.  Prior to joining ViTrue, he was Vice President of Brand Development at WebMD.  In the late 1990s, working with Capitol Records, he was the chief marketer for The Beatles, one of the most beloved and enduring “brands” in the history of popular music, during the launch of the band’s popular “Beatles Anthology” series, the best-selling music compilation series in history.  He was also the Executive Vice President and Founder of Turner Home Entertainment, a division of Turner Broadcasting. He has served on the board of advisors for six technology start-ups in recent years, including N2 Broadband, in which he was an investor.

Joining ViTrue as the Vice President of Sales for the Central Region, Maurice “Mo” Moore is a proven business development and management executive who has spent his career involved in advertising and media sales. Most recently, he was Vice President of Sales at TNS Media Intelligence, where he was responsible for restructuring the Midwest and Southwest Region sales offices, rebuilding a team of account executives and sales support personnel covering all media outlets, advertising agencies, and advertisers in eighteen states. Prior to TNS, Mo was a senior sales management executive with the Flycast and Engage Media Networks. He has also held sales positions at Turner Broadcasting, USA Networks, ABC Radio Networks, and A.C. Nielsen Company.

“ViTrue is experiencing tremendous growth as brand savvy organizations of all sizes look to user-generated content as a way to further engage with their customers.  The addition of these proven executives further extends our leadership position in the user-created advertising market,” said Bill Jennings, Chief Revenue Officer, ViTrue.  “We look forward to leveraging their collective expertise to rise above the noise and capitalize on this enormous market opportunity.”

ViTrue has also added Brent LaRoche to Director of Sales for the Western Region.   LaRoche brings more than twelve years of experience in strategic selling of online advertising, promotions, and the advanced technologies that deliver and track them.  An accomplished negotiator, LaRoche has a proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive sales quotas in fast paced, start-up environments.  He has worked for well-regarded companies including ValueClick, Engage (CMGI), Vivendi Universal, Listen.com, and Softbank Interactive Marketing where he oversaw online advertising for clients such as Yahoo!, Netscape, Lycos, and ZDNet.  A true veteran to digital media, he closed some of the very first online ad programs for Ford, Leo Burnett, Ameritech, and FTD.
