ViTrue Further Extends Leadership Team, Taps Gloria Griessman and Kelly Hollis for Senior Management Roles

Media and Marketing Executives to Help Expand User-Created Advertising Pioneer

Atlanta, GA – January 4, 2007

ViTrue, Inc., pioneer of the world's first user-created advertising platform, today announced the appointment of Gloria Griessman as vice president of market development and Kelly Hollis as vice president of content and distribution. In their new roles, both executives will help expand ViTrue’s relationships with prospects and existing clients and their target audiences.

Bringing more than 19 years of marketing experience to ViTrue, Gloria Griessman will report directly to Chief Revenue Officer Bill Jennings. As vice president of market development, she will be responsible for leading the company’s sponsorship and market program development. Her experience includes key market development roles with Fortune 500 and privately-held companies in the media, entertainment, healthcare and advertising industries. Most recently, she served as vice president of strategic marketing for the $240 million Screening and Authentication Services division of ChoicePoint, Inc., where she led market development plans for business-to-business enterprise solutions and online services. Prior to that, as vice president of consumer marketing for WebMD, she drove aggressive online growth and brand management resulting in an increase of online traffic from 30,000 monthly hits to more than 6 million unique monthly visitors. Prior to WebMD, Gloria held a number of strategic roles at Turner Broadcasting System, Inc. Gloria graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Management.

Joining ViTrue as vice president of content and distribution, Kelly Hollis has more than 12 years’ experience working in various business development and management roles with some of the world’s leading media companies: Google, Inc., News Corporation, the Walt Disney Company, the National Basketball Association and Turner Broadcasting. Working for the last 3 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, Kelly has been at the forefront of developing business models for on-line video content distribution during the meteoric growth of this sector. Kelly will be in charge of building out ViTrue’s network strategy, reporting to Scott Swanson, vice president of network and partner development.

In addition to her experience working with internet related businesses, Kelly has a wealth of international business experience. Prior to moving to San Francisco in early 2004, Kelly led the National Basketball Association’s content distribution, sponsorship and event management businesses for EMEA based in Paris. Prior to the NBA, Kelly was based in Singapore with ESPN Star Sports, a joint venture between News Corporation and the Walt Disney Company. As Associate General Counsel, Kelly was responsible for the legal affairs of the broadcasting and event management businesses, leading multimillion dollar content acquisition deals for premier sports properties such as World Cup Cricket, Formula One, UEFA Champion’s League, the NFL and Wimbledon. Her first position outside of the US was in Hong Kong handling legal and business affairs for STAR TV, the first pan-Asian broadcaster owned by News Corporation. With her extensive experience in international business and travel, Kelly will be an invaluable asset to ViTrue as it gears to expand into additional markets.

Kelly has a J.D. from the University Of Georgia School Of Law, where she graduated cum laude and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida, where she graduated magna cum laude with a focus on finance and marketing.

“We look forward to leveraging both of these executives’ collective expertise and industry connections to help ViTrue provide better client service and exceed customer demands,” said Reggie Bradford, Chief Executive Officer, ViTrue. “These appointments will help to escalate ViTrue’s market presence in 2007 as user-created advertising and online video continue to grow enormously.”
