GTESS Appoints Two Technology Executives

United Healthcare, Abaton.com, McKesson veteran assumes the helm

Richardson, TX – January 30, 2007

GTESS Corporation, a healthcare claims transaction technology provider, today announced the appointment of John Christopherson as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Christopherson is a veteran technology executive with broad IT knowledge and more than 18 years experience in the healthcare industry, defining and rolling out leading technology-based products and services. He is responsible for leading the Company's engineering, infrastructure and product management functions. GTESS also announced the appointment of John Morrow as its Vice President of IT Operations. Morrow, responsible for managing the Company’s technology, infrastructure, data centers’ operations and technical customer support, brings an extensive background in progressive technology services and data center best practices. He is also responsible for the Company’s compliance and business continuity plans.

About John Christopherson

Christopherson most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at Health Language Inc. (HLI) in Aurora, Colorado, a provider of medical vocabulary and concept-based technology services. Serving the world’s leading healthcare IT vendors, clinical content providers and national governments, HLI enables the integrated management of all enterprise health related terminology in a single environment, streamlining core processes and cutting costs.

Prior to HLI, Christopherson served at McKesson Inc. in vice president roles, leading efforts in application architecture and product development for McKesson’s and iMcKesson’s technology solutions. McKesson acquired Abaton.com, a start-up internet application service provider, where Christopherson was serving as CIO. He had joined Abaton as VP of Product Development for this clinical applications systems provider to the ambulatory care market.

Before Abaton, Christopherson was Vice President of Corporate Systems at United Healthcare Corporation (UHC) and a strategic information systems consultant for Price Waterhouse. Christopherson received a bachelor’s degree in information systems and computer science from the University of Wisconsin and earned his MBA from Marquette University.

About John Morrow

Most recently, Morrow served as Senior Vice President of IT at Sebring Capital where he successfully completed delivery of a new AUS system integration. There he also implemented IT disciplines and metrics, and led initiatives to develop technology efficiencies, capacity management and service level agreements. Prior to Sebring, Morrow served as Director of IT infrastructure and Operations at GTESS and completed a key implementation of two collocation data centers that enabled the Company to meet SAS 70, availability, security, HIPAA and business continuity requirements.

Previously, Morrow served as Vice President ORM Systems Development at First Horizon Home Loans, a mortgage loan servicing, origination, correspondent and banking services provider. Before joining First Horizon, Morrow managed large technical support teams at Federal Home Loan Mortgage Company. Morrow received a bachelor’s degree in information systems and technology from Amber University and earned his master’s degree in management from Amberton University.
