ITA Software today announced it has appointed Gianni Marostica as Chief Commercial Officer.  Marostica brings more than 20 years of experience in the commercial travel industry.  Having worked for several airlines and technology providers worldwide, Marostica has helped develop and market new product and service models to address the ever changing needs of the international aviation industry.

Prior to joining ITA Software, Marostica served as president, Airline Passenger Solutions for Sabre Holdings Corp. and focused on the mission critical core systems of Reservations, Inventory and Departure Control.  During his tenure with the company, Marostica also held the position of managing partner for Worldwide Consulting and a number of international positions including vice president Airlines based in Europe.
