Narad CEO Outlines Ethernet's Role in Expanding Cable Capacity at Kagan Conference

Kagan's QAM Before the Storm Conference to Kick off SCTE Conference on Emerging Technologies

Narad Networks, Inc., a provider of high performance switched broadband access solutions, today announced that CEO, Michael Collette will join a industry experts on the panel, "Commercial and Business Services at the Edge," at Kagan's QAM Before the Storm Conference co-located with the SCTE Conference on Emerging Technologies in Houston, TX.

What: Collette will discuss bandwidth requirements for business services and how cable operators can increase capacity using flexible network architecture that leverages cable's existing plant. He will address the market opportunity for services such as business voice, cellular and wireless backhaul, ultra high-speed data and IPTV services, and how a common platform further increases the potential. Collette will discuss the role of active Ethernet and Carrier Ethernet in quickly and economically expanding bandwidth capacity to meet the diverse and expanding set of needs faced by MSOs today.
