OnForce Names Marty Abbott to Board of Directors

Abbott will leverage marketplace, technical and operational expertise to help lead strategic direction and expansion of OnForce platform

New York, NY – February 21, 2007

OnForce, the only online marketplace for on-site technology services, announced the addition of Marty Abbott to its Board of Directors. Abbott, an accomplished industry leader with specific expertise in online marketplace organizations, will help direct the future growth and expansion of the company.

Abbott brings to OnForce an impressive track record of working with technology and fast-growth organizations. He is the former chief operating officer of Quigo Technologies, a leading developer of online marketing technologies, and previously served as senior vice president of technology and CTO for eBay and its subsidiary companies. He has held operational and engineering positions at Motorola and Gateway.

“OnForce will benefit directly and immediately from the vision and expertise of Marty Abbott,” said OnForce CEO Peter Canonne. “He has worked with companies in similar stages of growth and development as OnForce, and we feel his technical expertise will help to chart the best areas of logical growth for us.”

OnForce concluded 2006 with a number of significant business milestones, including the successful completion of more than 300,000 work orders. Over the course of the last year, services executed via OnForce have expanded well beyond core IT services, into areas including consumer electronics, voice over internet protocol (VoIP) and point of sale technologies.

“OnForce is in the unique position of creating ‘perfect competition’ in the IT services industry,” said Abbott. “I look forward to collaborating with the OnForce Board of Directors and the executive management team to ensure that the company best addresses the market opportunity and immediate need that exists.”

OnForce enables industry-leading levels of control and flexibility to both service providers who want to find work, and service buyers who need expert on-site support, without sacrificing quality, control or the ability to obtain a timely response. Most OnForce work orders are accepted within 20 minutes, and in most cases, they can be fulfilled within 24 hours for more commonly performed services, in virtually any zip code in the U.S.
