OutStart Reports Record Second Quarter 2007 Results

Company achieves sixth consecutive quarter of profitability, Impressive revenue growth and increased software license fees

Boston, MA – July 17, 2007

OutStart, the leading provider of eKnowledge software solutions for learning and knowledge sharing, today announced results for the second quarter of 2007 achieving a positive cash flow and strong operating profits for the sixth consecutive quarter. Additionally, the company successfully launched two new Web 2.0-based solutions -- OutStart SellingEdge.com and OutStart TrainingEdge.com, inked several new partnerships, and announced support for the ADL registry, an important government initiative.
