Signal Demand Grows Executive Management Team

Jeff Amann Joins as Senior Vice President and General Manager

San Francisco, CA – August 29, 2007

SignalDemand, Inc., the leader in pricing and profitability management solutions for commodity manufacturers and food processors, today announced the addition of Jeff Amann as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company. As a member of SignalDemand’s executive management team, Mr. Amann will be responsible for overseeing all of the company’s financial and administrative functions.

SignalDemand provides patent-pending on-demand software solutions and advisory services that help manufacturers and food processors determine prices and set product mix to generate significant, quantifiable revenue and margin benefits.

Mr. Amann comes to SignalDemand with a wide range of executive management expertise from industry-leading technology companies, as well as global law firm experience. He was most recently Chief Administrative Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Pay by Touch, where he oversaw the company’s finance, business development, human resources and legal departments. Previously, Jeff was Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Siebel Systems (now part of Oracle Corporation), where he spent 10 years helping the company expand its operations from its initial public offering through its establishment as a global market leader with more than $1.4 billion in annual revenue.

Before joining Siebel, Jeff was a corporate attorney at the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison in San Francisco. He received a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rochester.
