San Francisco, CA – October 19, 2007

Hands-On Mobile, Inc., a publisher of mobile games and applications, today announced a series of executive changes and new product initiatives designed to enable the company to expand its position as a leader in mobile publishing. The changes include a newly appointed management team led by Chief Executive Officer and President, David White and the introduction of a new platform that facilitates rapid development of industry leading games and applications.

Mr. White previously served as Hands-On Mobile's chief financial officer. Supporting Mr. White will be Michael Temkin who has been promoted to chief technology officer and executive vice president of operations. Addo Barrows has been promoted from treasurer to chief financial officer in which he will lead all of Hands-On Mobile's financial functions, and Erik Pavelka has been promoted to chief strategy officer wherein he will oversee all business development, corporate development and product management efforts.

In addition to internal promotions, Hands-On Mobile announced the hiring of two veteran executives to support the driving of the company's growth. Jeff Freebairn is the new senior vice president of global sales and Russ Eisenman has joined as senior vice president of global marketing.

"I am very confident with the management team we have assembled. These are highly talented individuals who bring enthusiasm and an innovative outlook to the job each and every day," stated Mr. White. "Mobilize It! is an initiative that we believe will deeply impact the industry, with the hopes to simplify the current mobile publishing model."

Hands-On Mobile continues to expand its industry leading portfolio of games, which include WPT® Texas Hold 'Em 2, Guitar Hero®, Marvel® and others. In addition, the tool set, called "Mobilize It! ™," offers developers, users and carriers a simple way to build rich mobile applications without specialized knowledge of mobile technology. The "Mobilize It! ™" initiative represents a move to respond quickly to consumers' changing and demanding needs. Mobilize It! ™ establishes a commitment to an industry in need of tools and solutions, accelerating speed to market and operational efficiencies. This platform also enables Hands-On to deliver award winning products like Susan Miller's Astrology Zone® Premier and its new content portal MixT.

"Hands-On Mobile has proven that it can establish strong mobile revenue channels, and now with Mobilize It! we can enable the delivery of leading edge games and applications in an extremely cost effective manner," says John Fisher, managing director, Draper Fisher Jurvetson.
