Lacey Brandt joins JumpTap as Chief Financial Officer

Cambridge, MA – November 6, 2007

JumpTap, the leading mobile search and advertising provider, today announced that Lacey Brandt has joined its staff as chief financial officer. Ms. Brandt has more than 20 years of financial management experience with high-growth technology companies and traditionally has had a strong focus on strategic planning for both organic and acquisition-based corporate expansion.

We are extremely fortunate to have Lacey join our team as she has an excellent track record for guiding companies through exponential growth," said Dan Olschwang, president and CEO of JumpTap. "Her experience will help JumpTap lead the way with the next evolution of our expansion strategy."

Prior to JumpTap, Ms. Brandt served as CFO for Spotfire, Inc., a leading provider of analytic software applications, where in three years she helped the company double in size and eventually concluded a strategic sale to Tibco Software. Before Spotfire, Ms Brandt was CFO of eXcelon, a NADSAQ-listed software company specializing in databases and XML-based technologies for the telecommunications and other industries. At eXcelon, Ms. Brandt led mergers and acquisitions, managed financial and business plan development and analysis and positioned the company for an IPO in the mid 1990s. Ms. Brandt's mastery of financial management has driven fast growth and long-term profitability at many high-value, pioneering technology companies including i-Cube, Proteon, Banyan Systems, AICorp and Cullinet Software.

"As the only company that is truly at the intersection of mobile search and advertising, JumpTap presents a great opportunity to participate in explosive growth," said Brandt. "The company has a compelling value proposition to its customers, allowing carriers to obtain and sustain advertising revenue streams associated with mobile search. It offers the excitement of a young company along with a very robust product offering and impressive customer list. I believe the company is not only a first mover in the space but a great long term growth story and I look forward to helping JumpTap achieve its ambitious plans in the years ahead."
