Taleo Wins Talent Management Software Award

Innovative solution recognised by UK users

London, UK – October 11, 2007

Taleo Corporation (Nasdaq: TLEO), the leading provider of on demand talent management solutions, today announced it has won the Talent Management Software category at the UK Business Software Satisfaction Awards 2007. Winners are selected by buyers and end-users of business software applications through various online communities, including HRZone.co.uk.

“We are delighted to have won this award, particularly as it is voted for by users in the UK. Taleo is constantly striving to deliver innovative new talent management products as well as delivering the high quality of service required for on demand technology used by over 1,200 customers. I am extremely proud that our many UK customers have recognised Taleo in this way,” comments Neil Hudspith, Senior Vice President of International at Taleo.

The Business Software Satisfaction Awards were established by Sift Media, a leading business-to-business publisher specialising in online, interactive professional communities, to reward excellence in the software industry across the disciplines of accounting and finance, human resources and training, CRM and customer management, and software resellers. Users rate the software they use everyday based on reliability, ease of use, functionality and value for money.

Hudspith continues, “As it becomes harder to attract and retain top talent, the category of talent management software is rapidly increasing in value to businesses across the UK. Taleo is now providing a new breed of talent management solution that combines the consumer friendly ease of use of Web 2.0 technologies, with a unified talent management platform capable of holding all of an organisations talent data.”
