Taleo and AIRS Form Strategic Partnership to Launch Taleo TalentReach CRM and Sourcing Solution

Newly formed partnership and tight integration offers organizations the most comprehensive set of sourcing tools to find the people they need

Dublin, CA – November 19, 2007

Taleo Corporation (NASDAQ: TLEO), the leading provider of on demand talent management solutions, and AIRS, a leader in recruitment training, technology and outsourcing, today announced a strategic partnership with the launch of Taleo TalentReach.

Under the agreement, Taleo will offer the complete suite of AIRS SourcePoint solutions under the name Taleo TalentReach powered by AIRS.  The comprehensive set of solutions will allow organizations to increase their ability to source talented people by reaching the right talent anywhere in the world and developing a talent pipeline.  In addition, organizations can also measure the effectiveness of their sourcing programs for optimal results.  This partnership furthers the relationship between Taleo and AIRS, as Taleo is currently offering AIRS Training Solutions to customers, which teach and certify the latest strategies for generating the best candidates, including sourcing skills, diversity tactics and proactive recruiting skills.

Global talent shortages and the new generation of workers have changed the nature of sourcing for talent.  The new generation of workers grew up on the Internet, and sourcing for talent now requires two-way communication early on in the recruiting process, compelling and focused messaging about the job, and a much more segmented marketing approach to job seekers.  Taleo TalentReach powered by AIRS allows organizations to be more effective in sourcing for talent by giving them access to millions of passive candidates in order to help them build their talent pools, market their employment brand, and aid in the hiring of qualified talent to drive their company’s business performance.

“We’re very excited about partnering with Taleo, as our combined solutions will give organizations the tools they need to identify and build relationships with various types of talent regardless of their current employment status,” said Chris Forman, CEO of AIRS.  “We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship.”

The comprehensive suite of sourcing tools provides a single platform that offers several features that allow recruiters to source for qualified talent.  These features include:
• Access to AIRS’ 40 million passive candidate profiles
• CRM and e-mail marketing capabilities that allow recruiters to build talent pools and develop long term relationships with the talent
• The ability to search multiple job boards and web sites and keep only one record of the search criteria which results in easy OFCCP Compliance

The Taleo TalentReach Solution powered by AIRS offers unique integration giving recruiters access to the AIRS SourcePoint solution and the ability to export search results into Taleo seamlessly.

“With a tight labor market, skills shortages and the changing demographics of the workforce, organizations need to do everything in their power to ensure they retain and source for top talent,” said Michael Gregoire, president and CEO, Taleo.  “Combining our market leading talent management solutions with AIRS’ strong sourcing technology and training, we’ll be able to help organizations find the talent they need, and win the war for talent.”
