SugarCRM and Optaros Expand Strategic Partnership

Boston, Munich, Zurich, Geneva – December 4, 2007

SugarCRM Inc., the world's leading provider of commercial open source customer relationship management (CRM) software, and Optaros Inc., an international assembler of Next Generation Internet (NGI) applications, today announced the extension of their existing strategic partnership to include a multi-national presence throughout the U.S. and Europe.

The expanded strategic partnership will offer SugarCRM and Optaros customers a single line of support through Optaros, which has a presence throughout Europe and the United States. Optaros’ more than 150 consultants are leading open source deployment experts who can offer a wide range of consulting services and integration support.
