Visible Measures Expands Management Team

Company Bolsters Marketing Ranks with Analytics Industry Expert and Seasoned Operating Executive

Boston, MA – December 20, 2007

Visible Measures a Boston-based technology startup specializing in measuring the behavior of Internet video audiences, today announced the addition of two seasoned technology executives to the company’s leadership team. Matt Cutler has been appointed vice president of marketing and analytics and Ron Taché has joined as vice president of finance and administration. Cutler and Taché will report to Visible Measures Founder and CEO Brian Shin.

As vice president of marketing and analytics, Cutler aims to establish Visible Measures as a thought-leader in Internet video audience behavior measurment and build the company’s professional services capabilities. An analytics industry veteran, Matt co-founded web analytics pioneer NetGenesis Corp. [NASDAQ: NTGX] and later served as vice president of corporate marketing at predictive analytics leader SPSS Inc. [NASDAQ: SPSS ]. At NetGenesis, Cutler co-authored the "E-Metrics: Business Metrics for the New Economy" whitepaper, which helped define the now-burgeoning field of e-metrics. After NetGenesis was acquired by SPSS, he helped lead the company’s transition into the predictive analytics marketplace. Most recently, Matt helped to found 80108 Media (now go2 Media), a venture-backed direct-to-consumer mobile media firm, where he served as vice president of marketing. Cutler holds a B.S. with honors from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ron Taché brings strategy and implementation expertise to Visible Measures in the areas of finance, customer service, support and account management gleaned from domestic and international work with organizations including Auburn International, Inc., BASF, ExxonMobil, Samsung and Nabisco. Prior to joining Visible Measures, Taché served as chief operating officer at GoldPocket Interactive where he oversaw the company's operations, including production, customer service and account management until its acquisition by Tandberg Television. Taché continued with the company post-acquisition serving as vice president of operations at Tandberg. Taché holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Brown University.
