GameLogic Signs Letter of Intent with Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.

Worldwide exclusive arrangement to provide Harrah's UK with "At Home" gaming products and services

June 17, 2003

WALTHAM, MA - June 17, 2003 - GameLogic*, a leading innovator of regulatory-compliant, new-media gaming entertainment platforms, announced today that it has signed a letter of intent with Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.'s (NYSE: HET) operating company, Harrah's Operating Company, Inc. ("HOC") and its United Kingdom subsidiary, Harrah's Online Limited ("HOL")**, to provide HOL with gaming products and services that enable its customers to pay to "play" various games of chance "at home." The worldwide exclusive arrangement will be for two years.

Upon successful completion of a contract, GameLogic will provide HOL with games that players can enjoy "at home" via the Internet and Interactive television or other electronic non-casino-based mediums. Games featured will include Wingo™, a fixed odds game in which customers can passively participate, and a Bingo-game derivative. Under the terms of the agreement, GameLogic will also provide installation, operation and maintenance services as well as support HOC's interactive television-based business.

Harrah's and GameLogic have obtained all necessary regulatory approvals to operate the games. Citizens in the United States and other jurisdictions that prohibit Internet bets or wagers will be unable to access the games due to a sophisticated, multi-step identification process.

"The regulatory-entertainment environment in the United Kingdom has become more open to integrating land-based casinos with online excitement," said GameLogic Chairman and CEO Steven Kane. "By forging a partnership with worldwide gaming leader Harrah's, we validate our business strategy to help casino visionaries use new media to deliver new levels of gaming entertainment to their players."

*GameLogic was formerly known as Revahertz. **Harrah's Online Limited was formerly known as Gaming Online Limited.
