GameLogic Appoints New Vice President of Sales

WALTHAM, MA - December 12, 2004 - GameLogic, a leading innovator of regulatory-compliant, new-media gaming entertainment platforms, announced today the appointment of Michael C. Lightman as its new vice president of sales. Lightman is a veteran sales executive with more 20 years experience in gaming and managed IT services. He will be responsible for leading the company's sales efforts worldwide.

Prior to GameLogic, Lightman was senior vice president of corporate development for CRC, a managed IT services holding company, where he aggressively grew revenues while leading the company's hosted messaging business unit, and the sales and corporate development efforts for three of its portfolio businesses. Before that, Lightman was vice president of marketing at Transcentive, Inc., a leading provider of equity compensation technology and solutions. Lightman has also spent more than nine years at GTECH Corporation, a worldwide provider of gaming systems and services to the Lottery and Casino industries, where he co-founded the company's gaming and entertainment subsidiary and led its operations.
