Nevada Gaming Control Board Approves PlayAway™

March 15, 2005

WALTHAM, MA - March 15, 2005 - GameLogic, a leading innovator of regulatory-compliant, new-media gaming entertainment platforms, announced today that following receiving conceptual approval from The Nevada Gaming Control Board, the Board's Audit Division has given the go-ahead to proceed with PlayAway™ in Nevada. The Audit Division indicated that, due to the fact that all wagering activity is conducted at a licensee location and that (PlayAway) simply displays the outcome of the ticket, no separate license is required.

"We are pleased to be moving ahead to implement our PlayAway platform in conjunction with Nevada casinos," said GameLogic Chairman and CEO Steven Kane. "As had previously been determined by the State of Nevada's Gaming Control Board, PlayAway consists solely of an entertaining 'reveal' system for existing, casino-based keno games. We appreciate the Board's thoughtful approach, as well as the cooperation of the Board's Electronic Services and Audit Divisions as we presented the needed information and prepared our system for review."

PlayAway was designed, from its inception, to be a fully compliant means of permitting casino operators to communicate with their customers over the Web in an entertaining fashion. The game reflects GameLogic's business philosophy to create entertaining Web-based communications vehicles for casino customers that always comply fully with all applicable state and Federal gaming laws and regulations.

Now that PlayAway has been approved, Nevada casinos are able to rollout this entertaining way for strengthening customer relationships and loyalty.

About GameLogic GameLogic innovates gaming entertainment platforms to help legal casinos and government-sponsored lotteries create new revenues, increase return visitation and improve player loyalty while complying with all existing state and federal laws and regulations.
