WALTHAM, MA - November 16, 2005 - The New Jersey Casino Control Commission (NJCCC) found PlayAway to be permissible under the Casino Control Act. In its finding and brief to the Casino Control Commission, the Department of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) found that PlayAway was not internet gaming as no wagering occurs via the Internet.
