GTESS Appoints James P. Bradley as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Company Board Member was former United HealthCare, McKesson technology executive

Richardson, TX – April 9, 2008

GTESS Corporation, a provider of software-as-a-service technology for the healthcare industry, today announced the appointment of James P. Bradley as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bradley began his affiliation with the Company in January of 2006, when he joined the Company's Board of Directors. He assumes his new duties effective immediately.

A long-time healthcare technology strategist, Mr. Bradley has served in many of healthcare's most progressive organizations, including United Healthcare Corporation. As United Healthcare's CIO, he and his team pioneered the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare technology. Mr. Bradley later founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Abaton.com Inc., a developer of web-based physician's office connectivity services and applications, which was purchased by McKesson. He then joined iMcKesson, the internet technology division of McKesson Corporation, as Chief Technology Strategy Officer.

Mr. Bradley was the founding CEO of RxHub, LLC, a nationwide electronic prescription drug information exchange. Mr. Bradley also serves on the Board of Trustees for the University of Minnesota Medical Center - Fairview, and is the Chairman of the Board of Prematics, Inc., a Bethesda, MD-based startup in the e-prescribing field. He was formerly on the Board of the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), an organization he Chaired from 2002-2005. He is a former co-Chair of WEDI, the Workgroup for EDI, served on the Board of the eHealth Initiative, and working as a partner with Northrop Grumman Corporation, served as the Program Director of the Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN) contract with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
