GTESS Appoints New Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer

November 7, 2005 (Richardson,TX) GTESS Corporation, a leading provider of outsourced, technology-based claims processing to the healthcare industry, today announced the appointment of Ivan G. Boyd as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer. Boyd is a veteran sales executive with more 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. He is responsible for leading the Company's sales, account management and business development efforts nationally.

About Ivan Boyd Mr. Boyd most recently served as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large BPO and consulting firm, where his team was successful in building a $100+ million business unit. Prior to this, Mr. Boyd was involved in several entrepreneurial ventures. He led healthcare sales at First Data Corporation and Sunquest / MISYS. He was at Digital Equipment Corporation during 14 formative management years where he began as a sales representative and ultimately held responsibility for that Company’s healthcare operations world-wide. Mr. Boyd received a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Houston.
