Impress Project I.App And Geo I.App Applications Achieve “Powered By Sap Netweaver™” Certification

Leading Packaged Enterprise Integration Applications Now Provides Stronger Integration with SAP® Solutions

Waltham Mass. – May 16, 2005

Impress Software, the packaged integration applications company for SAP enterprise asset management (EAM) and product lifecycle management (PLM) customers, today announced at SAPPHIRE® ’05 that its Project I.App (PSCW) 2.5 and Geo I.App 1.0 applications have received “Powered by SAP NetWeaver™” certification.  Impress has also become a Powered by SAP NetWeaver Partner, furthering its ongoing commitment and support for SAP® solutions.  These applications from Impress are powered by the SAP NetWeaver open integration and application platform that helps customers achieve a lower total cost of ownership (TCO).   Project I.App and Geo I.App, each Powered by SAP NetWeaver, complement xRPM, SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), and SAP Project Systems (PS).  The Impress applications connect SAP solutions to applications such as Microsoft Project, Primavera and ESRI.  Impress Project I.App and Geo I.App products support and can now run on the SAP Web Application Server (SAP Web AS), and can be easily and securely distributed to thousands of users through the SAP Enterprise Portal.  “Impress is pleased to announce that it has reached a major milestone in our continued cooperation with SAP, by achieving Powered by SAP NetWeaver certification for our I.Apps, and joining the SAP NetWeaver Partner Program,” said Warren Utt, president and CEO of Impress Software.  “Our applications certified by SAP for integration with SAP NetWeaver help customers further extend and increase the use of SAP solutions while reducing TCO.”
