m-Qube Launches Next Generation Mobile Content Distribution Network

Platform Enhancements Offer Clients Broader Distribution, Comprehensive Reporting and Flexible Payment Options

BOSTON, MA - – January 26, 2006

m-Qube, Inc., North America’s leading mobile channel enabler, today announced the latest enhancements to its mobile content distribution platform. m-Qube’s Mobile Gateway platform enables direct connections with all of North America’s major wireless carriers, facilitating the seamless cross-carrier delivery and billing of mobile content. With the widest mobile subscriber footprint in North America, superior scalability, and robust client-facing tools, m-Qube consistently delivers faster campaign launches and more revenue for its clients.

m-Qube’s latest platform release, Mobile Gateway 2.0, includes the launch of a complementary suite of Web-based tools including Mobile iQ Navigator, a campaign provisioning and workflow management application, and iQ Reports, a transaction and revenue reporting extranet. With this new release, m-Qube has also expanded its billing and messaging capabilities, adding real time billing notifications, an enhanced high-performance billing server, bulk message delivery via Web services and Quick Pay, an accelerated payment offering

Mobile iQ Navigator

This new offering gets mobile programs to market faster by greatly streamlining the complexities of mobile program provisioning and launch. The application empowers clients to automatically generate high-quality, carrier-compliant program briefs; manage program approvals and workflow; and keep tabs on outstanding applications. With iQ Navigator, clients enjoy accelerated time-to-market, reduced entry errors, fewer rejected programs and streamlined auditing. From the client’s perspective, using iQ Navigator will allow substantial improvement in efficiency during the authoring stage of the program approval process, enabling clients to go live with a campaign much earlier and quickly begin generating revenue.

Mobile iQ Reports

This enhanced reporting extranet provides easy-to-use transaction and revenue reporting for m-Qube clients. Reporting and auditing features include premium transaction reports by program, short code, price point and carrier. Also included are error reporting, customized reports by desired date range, and export and download to Excel, CSV, PDF and XML formats for offline analysis.

Real-time Billing Notifications

With updated notification capability, clients are notified in real-time of transaction result responses from carrier billing systems. Using this real-time feedback, content providers can evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, retry failed transactions and optimize their subscription databases.

High-performance Billing Server

An enhanced high-performance billing engine processes transactions more quickly and comfortably handles the high volume demands of the world’s largest content providers. The high-performance billing server also includes a carrier-grade queuing infrastructure, along with an interface that is compatible with all supported carrier billing infrastructures.

Bulk Delivery via Web Services

m-Qube clients can now initiate and schedule bulk sends through a new, easy-to-use Web-services API. To accommodate content providers’ growing subscriber databases, the new bulk delivery capability enables clients to push out massive message volumes in bulk, rather than one message at a time.

Quick Pay

In the mobile space, access to cash is critical to enable reinvestment into marketing campaigns. However, carriers can take up to 90 days to payout revenue share dollars. m-Qube’s new Quick Pay offering is an accelerated payment mechanism that allows content providers to receive up to 70% of their expected revenue with a 15-30 day turn around.

“We are pleased to offer m-Qube clients broader distribution, better technology, and more flexible services as part of our mobile content distribution platform,” said Jeffrey Glass, m-Qube Chief Executive Officer. “We believe m-Qube is best positioned to help our clients realize the potential of the exploding mobile content industry.”

m-Qube’s Mobile Gateway solution is offered as part of the company’s complete suite of mobile content offerings including Mobile Storefront — a hosted, white-labeled mobile content e-commerce platform — and Mobile Studio — a Web-based mobile marketing and campaign management application.
