Advertising and Media Veteran Bill Jennings Joins ViTrue, Inc.

Newly Appointed Chief Revenue Officer Brings Industry Expertise and Relationships to Advertising Platform Innovator

Atlanta, GA – August 16, 2006

ViTrue, Inc., pioneer of the world's first user-created advertising platform, today announced the appointment of Bill Jennings to chief revenue officer. In addition to leading ViTrue's sales efforts, Jennings will spearhead the company's New York operation, officially joining the company August 28, 2006.

Jennings, a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in the advertising, cable, video, Internet and packaged goods industries, has worked with well-regarded brands such as AOL, A&E Television Networks, Fox Networks and Proctor & Gamble.

"Because Bill has worked with traditional brands, like Gillette and Ford, and progressive new media companies like Lightningcast, he can translate the unique value of ViTrue's user-created advertising platform to advertisers that may have previously shied away from innovative technology," said Reggie Bradford, founder and CEO of ViTrue. "Bill understands the power of user-created advertising and its impact to brands."

Jennings brings to ViTrue more than 20 years of media sales management experience, building interactive sales teams for several major media companies and start ups while serving as a leading advocate for new media technologies. Jennings was previously chief revenue officer for Lightningcast, the leading broadband video network, prior to its sale to AOL in May, 2006. Under his leadership, the InStream Ad Network, a division of Lightningcast, grew to over 200 million streams per month across 150 high quality sites and attracted top tier advertisers. Prior to InStream, Jennings served as vice president of new media and business development at the A&E Television Networks, managing all interactive revenue for A&E, Biography and The History Channel. In this role, he worked with leading marketers like P&G, Ford, GM and Xerox on their Internet, video-on-demand, broadband and mobile marketing goals.

Earlier in his career, Jennings managed online ad sales for News Corp's interactive properties including FoxNews.com, FoxSports.com and TVGuide.com and was the publisher of Multichannel News International, a Reed Elsevier publication for cable television executives. He also held positions as a product manager with both The Gillette Company and Polaroid Corporation. Jennings holds a master of business degree from Northeastern University and a bachelor's degree from Ohio Wesleyan University.

"My career path has provided me with experience in industries that all lend themselves perfectly to ViTrue. As part of ViTrue's team, I am able to capitalize on this unique combination of advertising, media, cable and packaged goods experience and relationships," noted Jennings. "I look forward to utilizing my expertise to help ViTrue achieve its goal of monetizing the user-created advertising platform."
