Internet-Enabled PlayAway Approved by National Indian Gaming Commission as Class II Game

Waltham, MA – November 28, 2006

GameLogic, Inc., the leading provider of new-media strategies and solutions to the gaming industry, today announced that the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) has released an opinion classifying the pre-printed format of GameLogic's proprietary PlayAway™ system and accompanying games as Class II games, allowable for sale and play anywhere Native American bingo is conducted.

Further, while PlayAway allows pre-printed ticket purchasers to use the Internet and web medium to reveal gaming results, the NIGC concluded that the PlayAway platform and games do not constitute Internet gaming.

PlayAway is part of GameLogic's diverse Virtual Play™ platform, which allows casino and lottery operators to offer entertaining Internet and new media gaming, bonusing and promotional platforms which are regulatory compliant under existing law.

PlayAway pre-printed games

PlayAway pre-printed ticket games may be sold in Native American casinos any way traditional paper "pull-tab" tickets are sold. However, unlike an old-fashioned pull-tab which is designed to be played at the moment of purchase, a pre-printed PlayAway ticket is uniquely designed to be taken home and used to access the Internet for multimedia casino-style entertainment. Each pre-printed PlayAway ticket has a unique "Internet access code" printed on it. Anytime after purchasing a pre-printed PlayAway ticket, patrons may log on to the website of the casino where they purchased the ticket to reveal gaming winnings through the "virtual play" of casino games, including slots, cards, dice and other games, including popular branded games such as Slingo®, one of America's most popular casino and Internet games. Players then return the ticket to the casino where it was purchased to claim their winnings.

"We are extremely gratified that the NIGC has agreed that our pre-printed PlayAway ticket platform is a Class II game, and we hope the Native American casino operator will welcome this opportunity to begin to offer great new media entertainment to their patrons," said GameLogic CEO Steven Kane. "Online games and promotions enjoy gargantuan popularity amongst all American consumers and especially amongst casino patrons, so we're confident that casino customers will love legal, Internet-enabled casino-style entertainment at home — with PlayAway."

GameLogic innovates Virtual Play™ gaming entertainment platforms to help legal casinos implement regulatory compliant new-media strategies to tap new player markets, drive revenues, increase return visits and improve player loyalty. The Company's platforms, including casino-branded Play for Fun websites, Real-Money Games and branded promotions, uniquely enable players to extend their enjoyment of their favorite casinos in a regulatory-compliant way. GameLogic, based in Waltham, MA, was founded by the creators of Gamesville, one of the biggest, most successful pioneers of online entertainment and games and marketing and promotionas systems.
