Broadband Video Company Expands to Accommodate Rapid Growth

Cambridge, MA – November 13, 2006

Maven Networks today announced it has relocated its corporate headquarters and acquired additional office space to support the company's on-going growth and development plans. The move enables Maven to maintain its long-standing presence in Cambridge, Mass. which boasts some of the country's best academic and technology resources, as well as the top companies in online video technology innovation. The new 18,000 square-foot space, located at 4 Cambridge Center, is double the size of the company's former offices.

Maven's new offices will house a unique, state-of-the-art broadband video technology center to showcase the company's flagship product, Maven Media System TM (MMS), and the company's work with major media companies including CBS's CSTV, The Weather Channel, A&E Television Networks and Time Out New York On Demand, among others. The new space will also enable Maven to expand its internal infrastructure as it rapidly adds staff to develop new products and services and expand its customer support initiatives.

"With the exploding consumer demand for broadband video, we are seeing huge interest in Maven's products and services from major media companies looking to generate substantial new revenue from online media and advertising," said Hilmi Ozguc, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Maven. "Our move allows us to stay close to the rich university and technology assets the area has to offer while at the same time attracting the high caliber of talent that has helped our company grow so successfully."
