Matt spent two years at Bain Capital, where he worked on several buyout transactions in the healthcare, business services, and retail industries. Before Bain Capital, he was a consultant at McKinsey & Company advising corporate clients on product strategy, post-merger integration, and M&A due diligence.
Matt is a graduate of Princeton University, where he earned an AB in Chemistry, and Harvard Business School, where he received an MBA.
