As an Entrepreneur Fellow at General Catalyst Partners, Ruben Pinchanski works closely with the firm to identify and assess consumer ecommerce businesses. In addition, he serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at the Harvard Business School Arthur Rock Center for Entrepreneurship in which accomplished entrepreneurs spend a semester at the Rock Center mentoring students interested in starting companies.
Ruben is a hands-on ecommerce builder. His experience expands close to two decades and he has been instrumental in the building, optimization, and execution of solutions for several of the nation’s top retailers and direct marketing organizations.
Ruben was a co-founder of Digitas (Strategic Interactive Group) which became one of the world's largest digital marketing agencies. Roles included Chief Interactive Architect, head of the eTail practice and President of Digitas South. After Digitas, Ruben served as EVP ecommerce for Limited Brands Direct/Victoria’s Secret/Bath & Body Works.
Ruben grew up in Costa Rica and holds an MBA from Harvard University.
