Apply to GC Venture Fellows
Are you a current student who is passionate about venture capital, startups, tech, or entrepreneurship? Applications to join GC Venture Fellows as a Fellow are open now through September 12th. As always, all current students are encouraged to apply — no matter where you study, what you study, how old you are, or how you identify.
Why GCVF?
GC Venture Fellows (GCVF) is a student-run venture program, powered and backed by General Catalyst. Over the past decade, General Catalyst has a longstanding ethos in supporting student founders. Startups supported through our student programs have since raised over $2B+ in funding from leading investors and partners, including General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, First Round Capital, NEA, Sequoia, Accel, and others.
Kickstarting the Future of Startups from Campus
Campuses have quickly grown into leading hubs for innovation, and student founders everywhere are taking it into their own hands to build the world they want to see. As student entrepreneurs redefine, engineer, and scale technology, we believe it is our responsibility to support them and leave the world better than we found it. And no one is better equipped to identify and support these student founders than their own peers.
This year, GCVF is excited to support student founders through curated community events, development grants and strategic guidance for future rounds as they build up their relationships with our investors at General Catalyst and the broader startup and Venture Capital ecosystem.
None of this would be possible without the student Fellows who run GCVF. Our Fellows are hard-working, energetic, curious, humble, and bold. Many of our Fellow alumni have gone on to start their own companies and VC funds, and work at top VC and technology companies around the world. They’re problem solvers and learners at heart.
At GCVF, our Fellows will have the opportunity to work closely with the General Catalyst team as they engage with the student startup community and support student founders through their guidance and mentorship.
