Co-Founder, CEO & Chief Caregiver, Sprout

Yury Yakubchyk is the Co-Founder, CEO, and Chief Caregiver of Sprout, a tech-enabled provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy pioneering the future of autism care.

Previously, Yury was the Co-Founder and CTO at Life House Hotels, where he was responsible for Life House’s unique online and software strategy while leading the product, design, engineering, digital marketing, and data analytics teams.

Prior to Life House, Yury was a Co-Founder and CTO at New York-based Wing (, Wing Tel and Wing Call on the Apple App Store), a modern millennial-tailored mobile virtual network operator selling custom cellular subscription plans and mobile devices on the Sprint network. Wing is venture-backed by several prominent venture capital firms and angel investors. Prior to Wing, Yury worked in the financial services industry.

Yury is a self-taught programmer and digital product designer as well as a graduate of Johns Hopkins University, where he was a Woodrow Wilson Fellow. Yury is originally from Belarus and spends his time between San Francisco and New York City.

Michael Ragheb

Co-Founder & COO, Sprout

Michael Ragheb is the Co-Founder and COO of Sprout, a tech-enabled provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy pioneering the future of autism care.

Previously, Michael founded and scaled the first pediatric telemedicine business in the state of Florida, eventually becoming one of the largest telemedicine providers in the state.

Michael is an experienced healthcare operator and researcher. Throughout his career, Michael has overseen and led all aspects of healthcare operations from care delivery, contracting and credentialing, revenue cycle management, purchasing, and more. Michael has scaled multiple IRB-approved studies investigating the etiology of pediatric infectious neurological disorders in Haiti. Michael has published papers in peer-reviewed journals and has spoken at conferences both in the US and internationally, ranging from the American Society of Public Health and HIMSS. 

Prior to his career in healthcare, Michael worked on the Fixed Income team for BNP Paribas in New York. Michael received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Health Studies from Johns Hopkins University and his Masters of Science in Public Health from the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. He is a member of the Delta Omega Honorary Society in Public Health. Michael is Egyptian-American and is originally from Baltimore. His father is Dr. John Ragheb, a renowned pediatric neurosurgeon.
