As an XIR, Yuchun Lee leverages his operational experience and domain expertise to support technology-based businesses with a focus on enterprise software and data analytics.
He is chairman of the board of Clarabridge and co-founder and CEO of Allego, both General Catalyst portfolio companies. Previously, Yuchun served as vice president and general manager of IBM’s Enterprise Marketing Management Group, with a global responsibility focusing on the needs of Chief Marketing Officers. He joined IBM in 2010 as part of its acquisition of Unica, a company that Yuchun co-founded to meet the needs of marketers seeking to embrace technology to reach new customers. As Unica’s CEO since its inception in 1992, Yuchun’s vision and strategy guided the company through a successful IPO in 2005 and ultimately to its acquisition by IBM.
Yuchun holds both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from M.I.T. and a Master of Business Administration degree from Babson College.
