Roy Mabrey is an investor at General Catalyst, focused on helping growth companies scale efficiently with the Customer Value Fund. Roy leverages his wide variety of operational leadership experiences at a variety of growth companies prior to GC.

Most recently Roy ran Scope Security, a cybersecurity company focused on protecting the data and patients of health systems. Prior to Scope, he reignited Palantir's commercial healthcare business, building new partnerships with a variety of pharmaceutical companies and large payors. While at Palantir, he also led strategic finance efforts, interacting with the company's investors, board of directors and financial planning efforts through its IPO.Before Palantir, Roy was the CEO of Lifefactory, a consumer products company, where he led the company through a period of 10x revenue growth and product expansion prior to its sale to Thermos. He joined Lifefactory from Greenhouse Capital, an early investor in the company, where, in addition to sourcing new investments, he worked directly with Greenhouse's portfolio companies on cash management, fundraising and growth plans.Roy played college hockey at Amherst College, where he graduated with a BA. On weekends you can find him at the soccer fields watching his two young daughters compete or at the local CrossFit gym trying to relive his past athletic accomplishments.
