Roy Mabrey

I am an investor at General Catalyst, focused on helping growth companies scale efficiently with the Customer Value Fund. I leverage my wide variety of operational leadership experiences at a variety of growth companies prior to GC.

Most recently, I ran Scope Security, a cybersecurity company focused on protecting the data and patients of health systems. Prior to Scope, I reignited Palantir's commercial healthcare business, building new partnerships with a variety of pharmaceutical companies and large payors. While at Palantir, I also led strategic finance efforts, interacting with the company's investors, board of directors, and financial planning efforts through its IPO.

Before Palantir, I was the CEO of Lifefactory, a consumer products company, where I led the company through a period of 10x revenue growth and product expansion prior to its sale to Thermos. I joined Lifefactory from Greenhouse Capital, an early investor in the company, where, in addition to sourcing new investments, I worked directly with Greenhouse's portfolio companies on cash management, fundraising, and growth plans.

I played college hockey at Amherst College, where I graduated with a BA. On weekends, you can find me at the soccer fields watching my two young daughters compete or at the local CrossFit gym trying to relive my past athletic accomplishments.
