I am the Head of Healthcare Partnerships and Growth at HATCo, the healthcare transformation arm of global investment and transformation company General Catalyst. I serve as the primary leader for HATCo's strategic partnering efforts, building relationships with their 23 Health Assurance partners and guiding growth strategy as the organization matures its transformation services capabilities. I work closely with GC portfolio companies and founders to understand their capabilities and advise on refining solutions that align with healthcare transformation objectives.

I bring extensive experience in healthcare transformation. Most recently, I was the founder and CEO of BDR Advisory Services, where I led strategy, growth, and advisory support for healthcare, investment, and services companies. Prior to that, I spent over a decade at The Advisory Board Company, collaborating with numerous multi-billion-dollar health system clients to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Through my role at HATCo, I am committed to advancing the mission of transforming healthcare delivery across high-value enterprise relationships, working to build a more resilient and proactive healthcare system that prioritizes keeping people well while making quality care more affordable and accessible.

I hold a bachelor's degree in political science and government from Emory University.
