I am a Talent Partner at General Catalyst, leading Executive Talent for our Global Resilience practice. I partner with visionary founders building companies that are transforming critical sectors such as defense, intelligence, industrials, energy, and climate. My work centers on cultivating a world-class talent network and advising on strategic executive hiring to drive business success, build talent-dense organizations, and navigate every stage of scale. Based in Los Angeles, I am passionate about companies driving paradigm shifts and believe talent is one of the most powerful levers for achieving long-term growth.
Prior to joining General Catalyst, I was the first Head of Talent at True Anomaly, an aerospace and defense startup, where I built and led the talent function from Seed to Series C. I oversaw all executive, technical, and non-technical hiring as the company grew 4× in two years, expanded from Denver into Los Angeles, and established a data-driven recruiting function. I scaled the internal talent team from one to seven, implemented systems and processes to support rapid growth, and led critical hiring across the business. Earlier in my career, I spent five years in executive search at Daversa Partners, where I launched and grew the firm’s frontier technology practice in Los Angeles, executing searches for leading startups and industry pioneers across hardware and software.
I graduated from UCLA with a BA in Psychology and Communications, where I was also a four-year member of the Division I women’s soccer team. Athletics shaped my perspective on leadership, psychological safety, and the value of authentic relationships in driving team success. Outside of work, I enjoy yoga, fitness, exploring new restaurants, and spending time at the beach. I believe connection is the foundation of everything I do, both in my work and in my life.
