Dave Breslin

I lead our Wealth Managers and their associates in serving our wealth management clients as well as continuing to grow the ranks of advisors serving GC Wealth. I also carry responsibility for our operations, technology platform and focus on industry formation and new capabilities to best meet the needs of our clients and founders.

I joined GC in 2023, following seven years at First Republic and seventeen years at Merrill Lynch, where I held a variety of senior leadership positions. At First Republic, I played a key leadership role in the significant growth of First Republic Private Wealth Management and played an important part in the hiring of the more than 180 Wealth Managers across the country.

I graduated from the University of Vermont and completed The Wharton School’s Executive Development Program at the University of Pennsylvania in 2018. Alongside my work at GC, I dedicate considerable time to both the Make-A-Wish Foundation in the Bay Area and the Seal Future Foundation, where I mentor Navy SEAL Team members transitioning from military to civilian life. When I’m not at GC, you can find me alongside my wife Ashley and our dog Lou, canvassing one of the many beaches at the west end of San Francisco.
