I’m VP, Commercial Counsel at General Catalyst where I provide strategic legal guidance and help our teams and transformation companies navigate complex commercial and technology transactions. My work often involves bridging legal and business considerations to craft practical, scalable solutions as companies grow and evolve.

What drew me to GC and continues to energize me is the opportunity to be part of a team that’s not only investing in companies but also building transformational ones. I’m especially excited by and focused on the work we’re doing through our transformation companies such as HATCo, our Health Assurance Transformation Company, which partners with leading health systems to drive long-term, systemic change in healthcare. It's a bold, collaborative model focused on aligning incentives, enabling innovation, and improving outcomes and it’s exactly the kind of ambitious effort I’m proud to support.

Before joining GC, I advised clients across the technology, healthcare, and life sciences sectors in both in-house and law firm roles. Most recently, I was Counsel at Latham & Watkins where I advised on and drove strategic deals involving technology, IP, partnerships, and commercialization. Prior to that, I served as Assistant General Counsel and Director of Business Development at Everly Health, a digital health company, where I structured and closed complex commercial and technology partnerships, helped launch new products and enter new channels, and streamlined commercial legal operations. Earlier in my career, I practiced at both Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Paul Hastings, where I focused on technology transactions and IP matters.

I earned my J.D. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Neuroscience from the University of Southern California.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my high school sweetheart (now wife) and our daughter, trying to maximize quality time with our daughter while she's still young enough to think we're fun and cool, rooting for USC athletics (especially football) and San Francisco sports teams, and staying active through running, the occasional boxing or Muay Thai workout, or catching a SoulCycle class with my wife.
