Finance & Operations

I lead Founder Experience at General Catalyst, where I focus on delivering a best-in-class journey for our founders across every touchpoint.
Before GC, I was an operator at Moderna, working on both Brand & Corporate Affairs and Rare Disease. Previously, I spent over 16 years at YouTube and Google in leadership roles across strategy, operations, and partnerships. For much of that time, I led Global Top Creator Strategy & Operations, shaping how YouTube supported its most influential creators and ensuring their needs strategically aligned with YouTube’s product and business priorities. I later helped launch YouTube’s Health initiative, building a health partner ecosystem across multiple countries and partnering with global authorities to define standards for credible health information online.
I began my career at Discovery Networks, driving strategic marketing and revenue growth across its channel portfolio.
I'm passionate about the intersection of technology and public health, and serve on the board of The Mighty Moose, a nonprofit focused on early ovarian cancer detection. I live in Concord, MA with my husband, David, and our three sons — James, Charlie, and Willy. I hold a B.A. from Duke University.
