At General Catalyst, I focus on helping our portfolio companies thrive — connecting founders and their teams with the rapidly expanding GC platform and ensuring they have the information, tools, and relationships to drive transformation in their respective industries.

Prior to GC, I dedicated myself to building systems that help companies and people grow — from early-stage startups like fullcast, where I was an early employee building the next generation of RevOps software, to larger organizations like Salesforce during its high-growth years, where I helped guide GTM strategy in AMER, LATAM, and APAC. I have also served as an executive coach working closely with founders and their teams in a variety of situations.

My range of work experience has shaped empathy for the challenges that founders and their companies face at every stage, and an understanding of how the right support and systems can make all the difference. I feel incredibly fortunate to be in a position to leverage GC’s platform and resources to help make that difference.

Originally from Savannah, Georgia — the “Hostess City of the South” — I believe strongly in the importance of hospitality and service and in the strength of community. I am also a competitive rower, and strive to work with our portfolio companies the same way I do on the water: team-first, in-sync, and seeing how fast we can go together.

I am based in San Francisco with my wife and young daughter, and am a proud alum of Dartmouth College and The Wharton School.
