I lead General Catalyst’s Healthcare Executive Talent efforts, supporting our portfolio companies with their leadership strategies, and building strategic networks throughout the healthcare ecosystem and beyond. My work centers on collaborating with visionary founders & CEOs who are creating breakthrough healthcare solutions, and I’m energized by the opportunity to bridge exceptional executive talent with the innovators who are reshaping how we deliver and experience care.

Before joining GC, I spent over six years at Daversa Partners, a leading retained executive search firm for venture backed tech companies. Throughout my tenure, I placed VP & C-Suite executives across enterprise and consumer tech companies. I ultimately focused on our healthcare practice, working closely with early and growth staged businesses as they made key hires across all functions on their leadership teams. Earlier in my career, I worked at the Advisory Board Company and supported our largest health system clients.

I graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in Cognitive Science and Spanish. Based in NYC, you can find me reading or running Central Park during my spare time.
