I lead our technical talent initiatives with a focus on our seed and early-stage portfolio at General Catalyst. Having the right talent is the key to success at the best companies, and I’m passionate about helping builders build from the very beginning.

Previously, I’ve operated in house at companies of different stages across both consumer and SAAS, from a large scale public one like Meta to hyper growth private ones like Brex and Quince. I primarily focus on technical hiring and have scaled technical orgs (engineering, product management, product design) from 15 people to 600+. I’ve also had the opportunity to build globally beyond the US, and have hired teams in Canada, Brazil, Israel, and China.

I graduated from UC Berkeley with a Business degree from the Haas School of Business and am based in the Bay Area. Outside of work, I enjoy discovering new restaurants for delicious food and taking agility classes with my dog. I’m also an avid traveler and am always looking to see new parts of the world.
