I joined General Catalyst because I believe in our mission of Responsible Innovation. I have spent over a decade at the forefront of Sustainable Finance, raising hundreds of billions in capital for companies and projects that sit at the intersection of profit and purpose. Here at GC, I get to continue that work by supporting some of the most impactful companies we've invested in.

Before joining GC I built and ran the Sustainable Capital Markets franchise in the Americas region for Bank of America Securities. My team and I helped corporate issuers such as American Express, MasterCard, Salesforce, and Verizon raise over $300 billion in capital to support their investments that have positive environmental and/or social impact. I helped create groundbreaking innovations such as the first Sustainable IPO, the first sustainability-linked bond, and the first Equality Progress Sustainability Bonds. We ranked #1 in Sustainable Capital Markets league tables every year, and Bank of America was named the 2022 Americas ESG Financing House of the Year by International Financing Review (IFR). I had the honor of representing Bank of America on the Executive Committee of the Green and Social Bond Principles, a global body which maintains guidance referenced by 97% of issuers in the $7 trillion impact-themed bond market.

Prior to joining BofA, I held corporate finance and Treasury roles in the airline and electric utility industries. In 2015, I led a $1 billion Green Bond offering for Southern Company, becoming one of the first Green Bond issuers globally, and helping lay the foundation for impact-oriented capital markets as we know them today.

I earned a B.S. in Management from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Chicago Booth. I have attended 5 FIFA World Cups and run a small social media account dedicated to covering US Soccer. I am based in my hometown of Atlanta where I get to golf 12 months a year on some great courses, travel practically anywhere in the world on a non-stop flight, and help build this city's improving innovation ecosystem.
